The 20th Annual Nebraska Cattlemen’s Classic features a big day on Wed Feb 16
There is much more than Cattle Shows and Sales happening at the event. The Hereford, Polled Hereford and Red Angus cattle are featured, plus it is Cattle Feeder’s and Vet Day.
The Cattle Feeder’s and Vet Day will feature a wide array of industry speakers talking on their products and services for cattlemen. The day starts at 10:00 a.m. in the Ag Pavilion. The day not only features educational opportunities, but entertainment is in store for every cattlemen attending the Classic.
Cowboy poet, Jack Ostergard of Gothenburg will entertain cattlemen at Noon. After an afternoon of seminars, cattlemen have the opportunity to be entertain by Reggie Shaw one of the top 5 national finalists in the Colgate Country Showdown will be the featured entertainer, Wednesday evening the 20th Nebraska Cattleman's Classic in Kearney sponsored by Ag West Commodities. Shaw is scheduled to perform after the Ladies Night Activities are completed, time is estimated to be 9:00 p.m.
